三星127 cm(50英寸)等离子V5屏模组的电源框图如图1所示。它同106 cm(42英寸)的三星等离子V5屏电源模组相比,除了VS驱动电路部分有较大更改以外,其他电路基本没有更改。从图1可以看出,106 cm(42英寸)等离子屏的电源和127 cm(50英寸)的电源很相似。除了VS电路驱动部分以外,只有个别元器件改变了编号,下面不再介绍整机原理,只介绍与106 cm(42英寸)电源不同的地方——VS驱动电路的工作原理。三星127 cm(50英寸)等离子V5屏电源的VS驱动部分主要应用了电压驱动型PWM(脉宽调制)集成电路TL494和四与非门集成电路1W4093BN,电路结构简单,工作可靠性高。

Compared with the 106 cm (42 inches) Samsung Plasma V5 Panel Power Module, there is almost no change in other circuits except for the larger part of the VS driver circuit. As you can see in Figure 1, the 106 cm (42-inch) plasma screen has a similar power supply to the 127 cm (50-inch) power supply. In addition to the VS circuit driver section, only individual components have been numbered. The whole principle is not explained below. The only difference is the 106 V (42-inch) power supply - how the VS driver circuit works. Samsung 127 cm (50 inches) plasma V5 screen power supply VS drive mainly uses the voltage-driven PWM (pulse width modulation) integrated circuit TL494 and four NAND gate integrated circuit 1W4093BN, the circuit structure is simple, high reliability.
