Objective To investigate the detection of C-reactive protein and leukocyte in children with upper respiratory tract infection. Methods 80 cases of children with upper respiratory tract infection were selected. Among them, 50 cases of bacterial infection were divided into bacteria group and 30 cases of virus infection were divided into virus group. Meanwhile, 20 healthy children were selected as control group. Blood leukocytes and C reaction Protein level. Results The levels of blood leukocyte and C-reactive protein in the bacterial group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P <0.05). However, there were significant differences between the two groups in the control group and the virus group Not obvious, no statistical significance (P> 0.05). The two indicators showed a positive correlation. Conclusion The detection of blood leukocyte and C-reactive protein levels in children with upper respiratory tract infection can effectively distinguish the type of infection (viral infection and bacterial infection) in children and provide a reference for the clinical use of the drug in children.
