为了实现地下水中铁、锰、氨氮和浊度的同时高效、稳定去除,采用两级生物滤柱串联的处理工艺,将两级滤柱的滤速分别从4和6 m/h依次提高到6、9 m/h和8、12 m/h,考察其处理效果。结果表明,一级滤柱对铁、锰和氨氮均有很好的去除效果,并能够去除大部分浊度,二级出水中的铁、锰、氨氮和浊度均远低于国家标准。沿程分析发现,提高滤速后,对铁的去除效果几乎无影响;锰的去除区域明显向下延伸;氨氮在0~0.4 m段的去除速率明显降低,但在1.2 m处均可降到0.2 mg/L以下;对浊度的去除效果也没有影响,形成出水浊度的主要是粒径<3μm的颗粒。两级滤柱能够有效去除地下水中的铁、锰、氨氮和浊度,并且能实现长期稳定运行。
In order to achieve high efficiency and stable removal of iron, manganese, ammonia nitrogen and turbidity in groundwater simultaneously, two-stage biofilter-filtration process was used to increase the filtration rates of the two stages from 4 and 6 m / h to 6, 9 m / h and 8,12 m / h, to examine the treatment effect. The results show that the primary filter column has good removal efficiency for iron, manganese and ammonia nitrogen and can remove most of the turbidity. The iron, manganese, ammonia nitrogen and turbidity in the secondary effluent are far below the national standards. The results show that the removal rate of iron is almost unaffected when the filtration rate is increased, and the removal area of manganese is obviously extended downward. The removal rate of ammonia nitrogen in 0 ~ 0.4 m section obviously decreases, but it drops to 1.2 m 0.2 mg / L or less; the removal of turbidity has no effect, the formation of water turbidity is mainly the particle size <3μm particles. Two-stage filter can effectively remove iron, manganese, ammonia nitrogen and turbidity in groundwater, and can achieve long-term stable operation.
