香港在公开考试中实行校本评核已有三十多年的历史,并取得了较好成效。校本评核是香港中学文凭考试成绩的重要组成部分,它在实施过程中的科学性、有效性和公平性对学生考取大学的成功率以及是否受到应有的公正对待都产生直接影响。这一评核的特点是关注学生的学习过程,实施评价的主体是教师,体现“以评促学”的理念。但它也存在一些问题,如给师生带来沉重压力和在实施中有个别不公平的现象产生等。对此内地应在完善高考评价功能、完善相关制度建设、做好公众相关宣传工作等方面加以借鉴。
Hong Kong has implemented school-based assessment in public examinations for more than 30 years and has achieved good results. School-based assessment is an important component of the Hong Kong High School Diploma test. Its scientificity, effectiveness and fairness in the process of its implementation have a direct impact on the success rate of students’ admission to universities and their due fairness. The characteristics of this assessment are concerned with the student’s learning process. The main part of the evaluation is the teacher, which embodies the concept of “using assessment to promote learning”. However, it also has some problems, such as the heavy pressure on teachers and students and the occurrence of individual unfair phenomena in implementation. In this regard, the Mainland should learn from the aspects of improving the evaluation function of the college entrance examination, improving the relevant system construction, and doing a good job in public-related publicity work.
