我院在17年间手术治疗各种先天性心脏病共计2510例,其中室缺1000例(40%)。因其缺损部位及类型不同以及解剖、病理生理各异,故对手术要求也各不同。现总结如下。一、临床资料室缺1000例。男541例,女459例。平均年龄4.5±2.6岁(3个月～13岁)。平均体重15.5±5.7 kg(3.85～35 kg)。手术径路:右室切口141例(14%);右房切口578例(58%);肺总动脉切口281例(28%)。缺损类型:膜部717例(71.8%);
Our hospital in 17 years surgical treatment of various congenital heart disease total 2510 cases, of which 1000 cases (40%). Due to the different parts and types of defects and anatomical, pathophysiology vary, so the requirements of the surgery are also different. Now summarized as follows.
