图1所示为干式气缸套,它的壁厚较薄只有1.5mm左右,在自由状态下很容易变形。在生产过程中,由于受夹具的夹紧力和刀具的切削力作用等因素的影响,使加工后的缸套外圆各截面的长短轴方向不一致,且长短轴之比也不相等,故在自由状态下,检测缸套外圆素线对其外圆直径中心线的平行度公差值时往往会产生误差,且产品很难达到图纸要求的位置公差,为此,我们设计丁如图2所示的干式气缸套素线平行度检测装置,经实际使用,效果较好,得到了配套厂家的认可。
