目的:观察四逆汤类方不同工艺、不同配伍提取物对小鼠脾淋巴细胞增殖的影响。方法:采用小鼠脾淋巴细胞为实验模型,MTT比色法测定细胞内线粒体脱氢酶活性。结果:与对照组比较,四逆汤类方乙醚提取物均有刺激脾淋巴细胞增殖的作用,与FGC1(四逆汤)组比较,FGR1(人参四逆汤)组作用显著低于FGC1组,四逆汤类方的乙醚提取物样品中,四逆汤的活性最强。四逆汤类方的氯仿提取物中,除FGB2(白通汤)组外,其它各组均无刺激脾淋巴细胞增殖的作用。四逆汤类方的水提取物,FGC3(四逆汤)和FGB3(白通汤)组有刺激脾淋巴细胞增殖作用。结论:四逆汤类方乙醚、氯仿和水提取物能刺激淋巴细胞增殖活性,醚提乙取物的活性较强,四逆汤类方的乙醚提取物样品中,四逆汤的活性最强。
OBJECTIVE: To observe the effects of different combinations of Sini decoction and different compatibility extracts on the proliferation of splenic lymphocytes in mice. Methods: Mouse splenic lymphocytes were used as experimental model and mitochondrial dehydrogenase activity was measured by MTT assay. Results: Compared with the control group, Sini decoction extract could stimulate the proliferation of splenic lymphocytes. Compared with FGC1 group, the effect of FGR1 group was significantly lower than that of FGC1 group (P <0.05) Sini decoction side of the ether extract samples, Sini decoction of the strongest activity. Sini Decoction side of the chloroform extract, in addition to FGB2 (Bai Tong Tang) group, the other groups did not stimulate splenic lymphocyte proliferation. Sini Decoction water extract, FGC3 (Sini Decoction) and FGB3 (Bai Tong Decoction) group stimulated splenic lymphocyte proliferation. Conclusion: Sini Decoction of diethyl ether, chloroform and water extract can stimulate the activity of lymphocyte proliferation, extract of ether extract stronger activity, Sini Decoction side of the ether extract samples, Sini Decoction activity of the strongest .
