目的:探讨钒酸盐的降糖机制。方法:采用管饲法喂饲共2周,观察口服葡萄糖耐量试验(OGTT)、胰岛素释放曲线、胰高血糖素(Glc)、皮质酮(Cor)、体重的变化。结果:Va不影响正常大鼠的OGTT和血浆Glc和Cor水平,而抑制体重的增长。Va显著改善STZ糖尿病(DM)大鼠的OGTT,井使升高的Glc和Cor恢复正常,但体重和胰岛素释放曲线无明显变化。结论:该剂量的Va可有效地降血糖,纠正DM糖代谢和升糖激素的紊乱,但有影响体重增长的副作用。
Objective: To investigate the hypoglycemic mechanism of vanadate. Methods: OGTT, insulin release curve, glucagon (Glc), cortisone (Cor) and body weight were observed by gavage for 2 weeks. Results: Va did not affect the levels of OGTT and plasma Glc and Cor in normal rats, but inhibited the growth of body weight. Va significantly improved OGTT in STZ diabetic rats and restored normal elevated Glc and Cor, but no significant changes in body weight and insulin release profile. Conclusion: This dose of Va can effectively lower blood sugar and correct DM glucose metabolism and glucocorticoid disturbances, but has adverse effects on weight gain.
