目的:应用射频技术治疗子宫肌瘤,保全女性生殖器官的完整性。方法:将射频治疗源通过热凝固器传导,在B超介导下,将热凝固器的头端经子宫颈、宫腔定点介入到子宫肌瘤体内,在病变组织局部产生60℃~85℃高热效应后,发生不可逆的凝固、变性坏死,最后被机体吸收和排出。共治疗子宫肌瘤128例,术后给予米非司酮8 mg3个月,并在3个月、6个月观察肌瘤的大小、形态变化及手术前后的心理变化。结果:3个月随访子宫肌瘤治愈80例,显效10例,有效18例,无效20例,总有效率84%;6个月随访子宫肌瘤治愈86例,显效9例,有效23例,无效10例,总有效率92%。结论:超声引导射频治疗子宫肌瘤是能保全子宫的微创技术,安全有效、操作简单、经济,对患者身心康复有积极影响。
Objective: To apply radiofrequency technology in the treatment of uterine fibroids and to preserve the integrity of female genital organs. Methods: The radiofrequency ablation source was delivered through the thermal coagulator. Under the condition of B-ultrasound, the tip of the thermocoagulator was inserted into the uterine fibroids through the cervix and the uterine cavity. The lesions were localized to 60 ℃ ~ 85 ℃ High fever effect, the occurrence of irreversible solidification, degeneration and necrosis, the final body was absorbed and discharged. A total of 128 cases of uterine fibroids were treated with mifepristone 8 mg for 3 months. The size and shape of the fibroids and the psychological changes before and after operation were observed at 3 months and 6 months. Results: Three months follow-up 80 cases of uterine fibroids were cured, markedly effective in 10 cases, effective in 18 cases, ineffective in 20 cases, the total effective rate was 84%; 6 months follow-up uterine fibroids cured 86 cases, markedly effective in 9 cases, effective in 23 cases, Invalid 10 cases, the total efficiency of 92%. Conclusion: Ultrasound-guided radiofrequency treatment of uterine fibroids is a minimally invasive technique that can preserve the uterus. It is safe, effective, simple and economical, and has a positive impact on patients’ physical and psychological rehabilitation.
