通过试验分析给出了柴油机机体组焊等工序内应力变化规律以及热时效对结构内应力的影响情况 ,提出了对复杂的焊接结构件应在粗加工后增加二次时效处理工序 ,并建议采用振动时效技术 ,经过试验确定了振动时效工艺。同时文中针对测试出的机体左、右侧内应力分布的有规律不均匀性 ,提出了“对称焊接”的建议。试验结果表明 ,“对称焊接”使结构内应力分布显著均化。
Through the experimental analysis, the stress variation rules of the welding process of the diesel engine body and the influence of thermal aging on the internal stress are given. It is suggested that the secondary aging treatment should be added to the complicated welded structure after roughing, Vibration aging technology, after testing to determine the vibration aging process. At the same time, aiming at the regular inhomogeneity of the distribution of internal stress in the left and right sides of the body tested, a proposal of “symmetrical welding” is put forward. The experimental results show that “symmetrical welding” significantly homogenizes the stress distribution in the structure.
