对刺五加叶总黄酮提取工艺进行了研究,同时利用1,1-二苯基-2-苦基苯肼自由基(DPPH)法和羟基自由基(OH)法对刺五加叶总黄酮提取物进行了的抗氧化评价。结果表明:超声提取法对刺五加叶总黄酮提取效果最佳。超声提取正交试验结果表明,刺五加叶总黄酮的最佳提取工艺为:以50%乙醇溶液提取,提取时间为1.5h,提取次数为2次,溶媒倍量为20倍,提取率为5.192%。抗氧化活性结果表明,刺五加叶总黄酮对DPPH和.OH均有良好的清除作用,且随着其浓度的增加,清除能力增强。
The extraction technology of total flavonoids of Acanthopanax senticosus was studied. At the same time, the total flavonoids of Acanthopanax senticosus was assayed using DPPH and OH radical methods Antioxidant extracts were evaluated. The results showed that ultrasonic extraction had the best extraction effect on total flavonoids of Acanthopanax senticosus. The results of orthogonal experiment showed that the optimum extraction process of total flavonoids of Acanthopanax senticosus was as follows: extraction with 50% ethanol solution, extraction time 1.5h, extraction times 2 times, solvent times 20 times, the extraction rate was 5.192%. Antioxidant activity results show that the total flavonoids of Acanthopanax senticosus DPPH and.OH have a good scavenging effect, and as its concentration increases, scavenging capacity increased.
