伴随现代科学技术水平的提升,以及其应用范围的不断扩大,使得当前各大企业的管理手段和内部管理模式也因此发生了较大的改变。EPC项目成本作为当前各大企业施行各类型生产经营项目在设计、施工、采购和试运行等过程中需要花费的费用以及其他方面的费用等。因此,该项目成本的管理工作对于企业的发展也十分重要。对此,本文以EPC项目成本管理为立足点,通过对该项目管理工作当前存在的问题进行分析,从而就该项管理工作的具体思路和提升成本管理效率的措施进行简单介绍。
With the improvement of modern science and technology and the continuous expansion of its application scope, great changes have taken place in the current management methods and internal management models of major enterprises. EPC project costs as the current major companies to implement various types of production and management projects in the design, construction, procurement and commissioning process costs and other costs involved in other aspects. Therefore, the project cost management is also very important for the development of enterprises.
