目前,烹饪一体化教学模式在技校和高职院校中得到了广泛的应用,此种教学模式打破了传统教学理论、实践与实训分离的局面,注重理论融入实践,实行一体化教学。基于此,对烹饪一体化教学模式的构建进行研究,分析教学问题产生的原因,引入工作导向、项目教学等现代教学手段,为推进我国烹饪教育事业的发展提供理论支撑。
At present, the cooking integrated teaching mode has been widely used in technical schools and vocational colleges. This kind of teaching mode breaks the traditional teaching theory, separates the practice and training, pays attention to integrating the theory into the practice and practicing the integrated teaching. Based on this, the author studies the construction of cooking integrated teaching mode, analyzes the causes of teaching problems, introduces the modern teaching methods such as work orientation and project teaching, and provides theoretical support for the development of cooking and education in our country.
