[目的]测定健胃消食片中橙皮苷的含量。[方法]C18柱,以甲醇-冰醋酸-水(35∶4∶61)为流动相,检测波长283nm,流速为1.0mL/min。[结果]RSD(%)为0.35,平均回收率为98.52%,在2～18μL范围内线性关系良好,r=0.9998。[结论]本方法可以有效地测定健胃消食片中橙皮苷的含量。
[Objective] To determine the content of hesperidin in Jianweixiaoshi tablets. [Method] The mobile phase was C18 column with methanol - glacial acetic acid - water (35:4:61). The detection wavelength was 283 nm and the flow rate was 1.0 mL / min. [Results] The RSD (%) was 0.35 and the average recovery was 98.52%. The linearity was good in the range of 2 ~ 18 μL, r = 0.9998. [Conclusion] The method can effectively determine the content of hesperidin in Jianwei Xiaoshi Tablets.
