目的探讨高原寒区战时肢体枪弹伤对肝酶谱和肾功能的影响。方法将24只实验猪随机分为高原战时致伤组(GZ)、高原平时致伤组(GP)和平原平时致伤组(PP),分别于伤前、伤后不同时相点采静脉血,测定ALT、γ-GT、LDH和Cr、BUN含量。结果 (1)PP组在伤后早期ALT、γ-GT、LDH均有一个轻度升高,GP组在伤后ALT、γ-GT、LDH变化与PP组基本一致,但变化的程度较重;而GZ组伤前肝酶谱有轻度改变,伤后改变的程度较GP组显著,而且持续的时间较长。(2)PP组动物伤后早期肾功能有轻度改变,2d基本恢复。GP组伤后肾功能改变与PP组基本一致,但改变的程度稍重。GZ组伤后肾功能改变显著重于GP组,而且出现的时间早、恢复时间晚。结论高原高寒地区战时环境肢体枪弹伤后,肝酶谱和肾功能异常出现早、程度重、持续时间长。
Objective To investigate the effects of limb gunshot wounds on liver enzymes and renal function during high altitude cold regions. Methods Twenty-four experimental pigs were randomly divided into GZ group, GP group and PP group. The rats were sacrificed at different time points before and after injury Blood, determination of ALT, γ-GT, LDH and Cr, BUN content. Results (1) There was a slight increase of ALT, γ-GT and LDH in PP group at the early stage of injury, and the changes of ALT, γ-GT and LDH in GP group were basically the same as PP group ; While GZ group mild changes in liver enzymes before injury, the degree of change after injury significantly more than the GP group, and lasts longer. (2) In the PP group, the early renal function of the animals had slight changes, and recovered basically after 2 days. The change of renal function in GP group was basically the same as that in PP group, but the degree of change was slightly heavier. The changes of renal function in GZ group were significantly more severe than those in GP group, and the time of emergence was earlier and the recovery time was later. Conclusions After the limbs bullet wounds in wartime environment in the alpine region of the plateau, the abnormal liver enzymes and renal function appear early and severe, and last a long time.
