全路广大革命职工,在毛主席革命路线指引下,以阶级斗争为纲,坚持党的基本路线,抓革命,促生产,积极采取措施防止事故,为保证铁路运输安全作出了贡献。1975年车辆部门责任的重大、大事故比1974年减少了50%以上。但是在这些事故中货车切轴事故从1973年以来却有所增加。货车切轴事故,根据产生的原因,可分为两类:一类是由于燃轴而引起的热切;另一类则是由于车轴本身的裂纹和制造缺陷所造成的冷切。
