不同方法对氧气湿化瓶消毒效果的观察

目的评价不同消毒方法对氧气湿化瓶消毒效果及时效,探寻最佳的消毒运行流程。方法选取该医院临床上患者使用后的氧气湿化瓶210个,分成A、B、C、D共4组,采用不同的清洗消毒方法进行处理,于消毒后第7 d、15 d、30 d采样,进行细菌培养。结果在保存第7 d时采样,4种消毒方法消毒效果合格率100%,第15 d时仅B组消毒方法合格率100%,第30 d时B组消毒方法合格率最高为98%。结论 B组消毒方法手工清洗、湿热消毒、烘干机干燥,为氧气湿化瓶的最佳的消毒运行流程,时效为15 d。 Objective To evaluate the disinfection effect and aging effect of different disinfection methods on oxygen humidification bottle and explore the best disinfection operation flow. Methods A total of 210 Oxygen humidification bottles were collected from clinical patients in this hospital and divided into 4 groups (A, B, C and D). Different cleaning and disinfection methods were used to treat them. After disinfection for 7 days, 15 days and 30 days Sampling, bacterial culture. The results were stored on the 7th day. The disinfection effect of the four disinfection methods was 100%. Only the method of disinfection of the group B was 100% at the 15th day. The highest rate of disinfection was 98% at the 30th day. Conclusion The disinfection methods of group B were manually cleaned, damp-heat sterilized, and the dryer was dry. It was the best disinfection operation flow of oxygen humidification bottle with the aging time of 15 days.
