应用生化、粘质、耐药谱及质粒谱分析对来自医院188株血浆凝固酶阴性葡萄球菌(Coagulase-Negative Staphylococci,以下简称 CNS)进行了鉴定。结果表明:头部葡萄球菌(头葡)、表皮葡萄球菌(表葡)、木糖葡萄糖球菌(木葡)、人型葡萄球菌(人葡)为其主要生化型。50%左右菌株产生粘质。CNS 耐药率高达90%。对万古霉素(VAN)、氟哌酸(NOR)、丁胺卡那霉素(AKN)敏感。质粒检出率73.9%,三种质粒谱常见。不同来源 CNS 间有同源性。80%以上头葡和木葡只携带一个54kb 质粒。携带有2.2,1.6kb;1.6,1.4kb 成对质粒的 CNS 大多具有同一耐药谱.
188 strains of Coagulase-Negative Staphylococci (CNS) from hospitals were identified by biochemistry, mucilage, drug resistance spectrum and plasmid spectrum analysis. The results showed that Staphylococcus aureus, Staphylococcus epidermidis (Staphylococcus epidermidis), Staphylococcus xylose (Staphylococcus aureus) and Staphylococcus aureus (Staphylococcus aureus) were the main biochemical types. About 50% strains produce mucilage. CNS resistance rates up to 90%. It is sensitive to vancomycin (VAN), norfloxacin (NOR) and amikacin (AKN). Plasmid detection rate of 73.9%, three common plasmid spectrum. CNS from different sources have homology. More than 80% of portuguese and portuguese carry only one 54 kb plasmid. Most CNS carrying 2.2,1.6 kb; 1.6,1.4 kb paired plasmids had the same drug resistance spectrum.
