基于双CCD的大型轴类零件直径非接触检测方法研究

针对重型机械工业生产中对大型轴类零件外径测量的需求,基于双CCD传感器测量原理研究了一种新型高效率、高精度的轴径检测方法。介绍了CCD测径系统的检测原理,针对单一CCD传感器测量范围小的缺点,提出了双CCD传感器组合测量大型轴类零件直径(Φ150mm~Φ300mm)的方法,并对影响精度的主要误差来源进行了分析。为了验证该方法的有效性,通过对7种不同直径的标准轴件进行测量,实验表明,测量精度小于±3μm,满足大型轴类零件外径测量的要求。 Aimed at the requirement of outer diameter measurement of large shaft parts in heavy machinery industrial production, a new type of high efficiency and high precision shaft diameter detection method is studied based on the principle of double CCD sensor measurement. This paper introduces the principle of CCD diameter measurement system. In view of the short measuring range of a single CCD sensor, this paper presents a method to measure the diameter of a large shaft with a combination of two CCD sensors (Φ150mm ~ Φ300mm). The main sources of error analysis. In order to verify the effectiveness of the method, seven kinds of standard shaft with different diameters were measured. The experimental results show that the measurement accuracy is less than ± 3μm, which meets the requirements of the measurement of the outer diameter of large shaft parts.
