本文利用案例分析等研究方法,对于我国高尔夫青年运动员的培养模式进行了深入的调查。目前的培养模式是有四个层面,其中的国家培养是现在最为常见同时也是最有效的一种。经过对于高尔夫人才培养的系统分析,本文主要通过探究青少年在高尔夫中的新的培养方式,将学校作为培养的主要引导者,通过加大各项经费的投入,吸引一些具有影响力的社会力量。相关部门也要做好规划工作,为高尔夫球青少年的培养奠定制度基础,同时在需要的时候提供相应的支 In this paper, case studies and other research methods, for our golf young athletes training mode in-depth investigation. The current training model has four levels, of which national training is now the most common and also the most effective one. After a systematic analysis of the cultivation of golf talents, this paper tries to find out some influential social forces by exploring new ways of youngsters’ training in golf, using schools as the main guide for training, and increasing the input of various funds. Relevant departments should also do a good job in planning and lay the institutional foundation for the training of young golfers while providing corresponding support when needed
