目的检测初发脑梗死伴抑郁焦虑病人血清血浆同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)、白细胞介素-2(IL-2)水平,分析其相关性。方法选取在该院住院的脑梗死病人200例,采用汉密尔顿焦虑抑郁/焦虑量表(HAMD/HAMA)评价,分为抑郁焦虑组、非抑郁焦虑组,另取健康体检者作为对照组。病人均行常规脑血管病治疗,在此基础上,抑郁焦虑组病人每天口服氟哌噻吨美利曲辛片。酶联免疫吸附法检测入组病人血清Hcy、IL-2水平及HAMD评分,分析抑郁焦虑的严重程度与血清Hcy、IL-2水平的相关性。结果抑郁焦虑组病人治疗前血清Hcy、IL-2水平、HAMD评分高于非抑郁焦虑组及空白对照组(P<0.05);治疗后抑郁焦虑组及非抑郁焦虑组的血清Hcy、IL-2水平、HAMD评分均较治疗前有所降低,抑郁焦虑组治疗后血清Hcy、IL-2、HAMD评分与非抑郁焦虑组无明显差异(P>0.05);初发脑梗死抑郁组病人的抑郁焦虑严重程度与血清Hcy、IL-2水平呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论初发脑梗死伴焦虑抑郁的病人血清Hcy、IL-2水平明显升高,抑郁焦虑的严重程度与血清Hcy、IL-2水平呈正相关。
Objective To detect the levels of plasma homocysteine (Hcy) and interleukin-2 (IL-2) in patients with newly diagnosed cerebral infarction and depression-anxiety and analyze their correlations. Methods 200 patients with cerebral infarction hospitalized in this hospital were selected and divided into depression and anxiety group and non-depression anxiety group by using Hamilton Anxiety Depression / Anxiety Scale (HAMD / HAMA) as control group. Patients underwent routine cerebrovascular disease treatment, on this basis, patients with depression and anxiety oral oral flupentixol MTX tablets. Serum levels of Hcy, IL-2 and HAMD were measured by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA), and the relationship between the severity of depression and anxiety and serum Hcy and IL-2 levels was analyzed. Results Before treatment, the levels of Hcy, IL-2 and HAMD in depression-anxiety group were higher than those in non-depression-anxiety group and blank control group (P <0.05). After treatment, the levels of Hcy and IL-2 HAMD score was lower than that before treatment. There was no significant difference in Hcy, IL-2 and HAMD scores between depression and anxiety group after treatment (P> 0.05); depression and anxiety Serum levels of Hcy and IL-2 were positively correlated with severity (P <0.05). Conclusions Serum levels of Hcy and IL-2 are significantly increased in patients with initial cerebral infarction and anxiety and depression, and the severity of depression and anxiety is positively correlated with serum Hcy and IL-2 levels.
