目的了解并评价南昌市医用X射线诊断设备的质量状况和机房防护情况。方法依据国家相关标准,对X射线机进行质量控制检测,并对X射线机房进行现场放射防护监测。结果本次检测的50台X射线机中,33台检测合格,合格率66.0%;国产机和进口机的合格率分别为59.4%和84.6%;市级、县区、乡镇、民营、职工医院的X射线机检测合格率分别为77.8%、85.7%、0.0%、64.3%、73.3%;检测不合格项主要集中在光野与照射野四边的偏离、光野与照射野中心的偏离两项;50个机房324个监测点中仅发现1家乡镇卫生院的机房门辐射剂量水平超标。结论在用的X射线诊断设备运行上存在一定的问题,应加强管理。
Objective To understand and evaluate the quality of medical X-ray diagnostic equipment and the protection of the engine room in Nanchang. Methods According to the relevant national standards, X-ray machine quality control testing, and X-ray room on-site radiological monitoring. Results Of the 50 X-ray machines tested, 33 were qualified with a pass rate of 66.0%. The passing rates of domestic machines and imported machines were 59.4% and 84.6% respectively. The unqualified items mainly focused on the deviation of the four sides of the light field and the irradiation field and the deviation of the light field from the irradiation field center. A total of 324 monitoring points in a computer room were found to have only exceeded the radiation dose level of the computer room door of a township health center. Conclusion There are some problems in the operation of the X-ray diagnostic equipment used and the management should be strengthened.
