笔者对我院内科5年来肺心病住院病人并多发脏器功能衰竭125例,参照Knaus标准,进行回顾分析,现总结如下。 1 临床资料 本组 125例均为住院患者,男51例,女74例,平均年龄65.5岁。其中二脏衰竭94例,三脏衰竭30例,三脏以上1例。死亡74例,其中三脏衰竭28例,二脏衰竭46例。治疗好转28例,全愈23例。平均住院天数10.2天。病史最长者50年,最短者5年。以呼吸衰竭和肺性脑病最为常见,占总数分别为100％和45％,其次为上消化道出血和DIC。肝肾衰竭相对少见。
The author of our hospital for 5 years pulmonary heart disease inpatients and multiple organ failure in 125 cases, with reference to Knaus standards for retrospective analysis, are summarized as follows. 1 Clinical data The group of 125 patients were hospitalized patients, 51 males and 74 females, with an average age of 65.5 years. 94 cases of the second dirty failure, three dirty failure in 30 cases, three dirty more than one case. 74 cases died, of which 28 cases of three dirty failure, dirty dirty 46 cases. Treatment improved in 28 cases, all 23 cases. The average length of stay 10.2 days. The longest history of 50 years, the shortest of 5 years. The most common respiratory failure and pulmonary encephalopathy, accounting for 100% and 45% respectively, followed by upper gastrointestinal bleeding and DIC. Liver and kidney failure is relatively rare.
