本试验采用CO_2激光照射品种为四月蔓的油菜干种子,研究其对油菜生物学基础的影响,其结果表明:1.737mW/cm~2的CO_2激光10S~50S组能提高种子的发芽指数、活力指数、出苗率和出苗势,其中30S最佳。而120S组的出苗率低于对照36.49%,基本上达到了半致死剂量;2.10S~50S组的胚根和下胚轴长度分别高于对照7.92—23.72%和19.93~41.50%。120S组分别低于对照19.27%和16.85%;3.激光组10S~120S组的种子干物质消耗量均高于对照10.05~166.14%,30S最佳;过氧化氢酶活性除120S组低于对照1.08外,其余均高于对照0.92~1.83%;4.10S~120S激光组油菜幼苗的地上部、地下部的鲜重、干重及不同叶位的叶长、叶宽的变化均高于对照;5.1OS~120S激光辐射提高根系相对还原力80.00~186.67%,使叶绿索a/b值降低,一般来说,a/b值低,光合效率提高,且有利于在弱光下进行光合作用;6.10S~120S激光辐射增产4.39~27.63%,其增产顺序为10S、30S、120S、50S、20S。
In this experiment, CO_2 laser irradiation of rapeseed (Brassica napus L.) was conducted on dry rapeseed in April to study its effect on rape biological basis. The results showed that germination index of seeds increased with 1.737mW / cm ~ Vitality index, emergence rate and emergence, of which 30S is the best. The emergence rate of 120S group was lower than the control 36.49%, basically reached the semi-lethal dose; 2.10S ~ 50S group radicle and hypocotyl length were higher than the control 7.92-23.72% and 19.93 ~ 41.50%. 120S were 19.27% and 16.85% lower than the control respectively; 3. The seed dry matter consumption of 10S ~ 120S in the laser group was 10.05 ~ 166.14% higher than that of the control, and 30S was the best; the activity of catalase was lower than that of the control 1.08, the others were higher than the control 0.92 ~ 1.83%; 4.10S ~ 120S laser group rapeseed seedlings of fresh shoots, ground fresh weight, dry weight and leaves at different leaf length, leaf width changes were higher than the control; 5.1OS ~ 120S laser irradiation can increase the root relative reducing power by 80.00 ~ 186.67%, and decrease the a / b value of chlorophyll a. In general, a / b value is low, photosynthetic efficiency is increased, and it is conducive to photosynthesis in low light ; 6.10S ~ 120S laser radiation 4.39 ~ 27.63% increase in production order of 10S, 30S, 120S, 50S, 20S.
