一、气体氮化台阶硬度检验法气体氮化后工件质量的检查项目,《热处理手册》和一般资料中只规定检查氮化层深、表面硬度、脆性等级、变形量及金相组织。所以,一般工厂也只检查以上项目。表面硬度的检查,目前大多数工厂都是以同炉试片的表面硬度为准,而对氮化后硬度梯度(表心硬度分布曲线)却不予重视。但在实际生产中,不同的氮化工艺规范,对同一种材料所获得的硬度梯度是不相同的。即使工艺规范相同,
