试验研究表明,空气泡沫难以彻底扑灭凝析油、环氧丙烷、正戊烷等低沸点可燃液体储罐火灾,且不能有效控制环氧丙烷等液体储罐火灾。开发了用七氟丙烷灭火剂替代空气发泡的七氟丙烷气体泡沫灭火技术,并对环氧丙烷、正戊烷等低沸点可燃液体进行了试验研究。试验表明,七氟丙烷气体泡沫可快速、有效扑灭该类液体火灾。对上述试验研究进行了归纳总结。
Experimental studies have shown that it is difficult to completely extinguish the fire of condensate, propylene oxide, n-pentane and other low-boiling flammable liquid storage tanks by air foam and can not effectively control the fire of liquid storage tanks such as propylene oxide. The heptafluoropropane gas foam fire extinguishing technology which uses heptafluoropropane fire extinguishing agent instead of air foaming was developed. The low boiling flammable liquids such as propylene oxide and n-pentane were tested. Tests show that heptafluoropropane gas foam can quickly and effectively extinguish this type of liquid fire. The above experimental studies were summarized.
