经济全球化和国际化不断加速的当下形势赋予外语教育新的任务和深远意义。就大学英语教学而言,通过行之有效的跨文化教育,培养学生的跨文化交际能力,已经成为大学英语教学所要面对和着力解决的问题。本文结合即将正式颁布的《大学英语教学指南》,分析跨文化教育理念的发展进程,厘清与之相关的跨文化交际能力的核心概念,探索有助于实施跨文化教育的大学英语课程模块设置,以求将教育政策和教学指导文件的思想更好地落实到课程设置的实际过程和可见的教学行动之中。
The current situation of accelerating economic globalization and internationalization has given new tasks and far-reaching significance to foreign language education. As far as college English teaching is concerned, cultivating students’ ability of intercultural communication through effective cross-cultural education has become a problem that college English teaching must face and solve. Based on the forthcoming Guide to College English Teaching, this article analyzes the development of the concept of intercultural education, clarifies the core concepts related to intercultural communication skills, explores the modules of college English curriculum that help to implement intercultural education, In order to better implement the ideas of education policy and teaching guidance documents into the actual process of curriculum establishment and the visible teaching actions.
