本文借鉴蓝海战略的原理和方法,从广西县域农行角度对整体县域农行发展进行探索研究,提出县域农行要坚定“面向‘三农’、服务县域”的市场定位,依托自身在县域的资金、网络、专业和品牌优势,统一思想,建立健全机制体制,加快产品服务创新,强化内部基础管理,塑造良好企业文化,开辟属于县域农行的蓝海市场。
Based on the principles and methods of Blue Ocean Strategy, this paper explores the development of county-wide agricultural banks from the perspective of county-level agricultural banks in Guangxi, and proposes that the county-level agricultural banks should be firm in their market orientation of “serving agriculture, rural areas and farmers and serving the county” and relying on their funds in the county Network, specialty and brand advantage, unify thoughts, establish and perfect mechanism system, speed up product and service innovation, strengthen internal foundation management, create a good corporate culture and open up the blue ocean market belonging to county-level ABC.
