目的探讨护理干预在经尿道前列腺电切术中的应用。方法对128例行经尿道前列腺电切术的患者实施术前访视、术中陪伴、术后回访一系列综合护理干预。结果明显改善了患者心理上、生理上、体位上的不适,有效地减少了并发症的发生,术后回访患者满意率达97%以上。结论综合护理干预不仅可缓解患者的焦虑情绪,还可减少术后并发症的发生,促进早日康复,提高患者的满意度,提高护理质量。 Objective To investigate the application of nursing intervention in transurethral resection of prostate. Methods A total of 128 patients underwent transurethral resection of prostate for preoperative visit, intraoperative complication, and postoperative follow-up of a series of comprehensive nursing interventions. The results significantly improved the patient’s psychological, physical, physical discomfort, effectively reducing the incidence of complications, postoperative follow-up patients satisfaction rate of 97% or more. Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention can not only alleviate the anxiety of patients, but also reduce the incidence of postoperative complications, promote early recovery, improve patient satisfaction and improve the quality of nursing.
