液体耐磨技术将表面装饰原纸和耐磨表层纸合二为一,耐磨粒子直接涂覆在原纸表面,形成透明的耐磨保护层。研究超细A12O3在水相中的分散行为,讨论分散剂种类、分散剂用量、pH值、分散方法等对超细A12O3分散效果的影响。结果表明:浓度5%超细A12O3分散液,当pH为9时,选用阴离子型分散剂APAAA,用量0.4%,超声波分散30min,可获得稳定的超细A12O3水相分散液。
Liquid wear-resistant technology will be the surface of the decorative paper and wear-resistant surface paper combined, wear-resistant particles directly coated on the surface of the base paper to form a transparent wear-resistant protective layer. The dispersion behavior of ultrafine A12O3 in aqueous phase was studied. The effects of dispersant type, dispersant dosage, pH value and dispersion method on the dispersion of ultrafine A12O3 were discussed. The results showed that when the pH value was 9, APAAA was used as dispersant with a concentration of 5%. When the dosage of AAAA was 0.4%, the dispersion of ultrafine A12O3 aqueous solution was obtained by ultrasonic dispersion for 30min.
