本文主要叙述了液压、自控、耐火纤维保温罩式电阻炉电压元件、砌体、加压装置、控温系统的选择和计算。重点叙述了采用硅酸铝纤维材料保温,在减小体积,减轻重量,节约能量上取得的效果。用封闭式液压压力控制回路的加压系统和带PID的可控硅供电系统,配备高精度TA—091调节器作控制仪表,简化了操作,减轻了劳件强度,改善了温度分布,提高了自动化程度,估计每年可节电几万度。
This paper mainly describes the selection and calculation of voltage components, masonry, pressurizing device and temperature control system of hydraulic resistance, self-controlled and refractory fiber insulation hood resistance furnace.
