“回春仙”是以防治心脑血管系统疾病为主的老年性常见疾病的中药复方制剂。该方可以显著地延长果蝇的平均寿命,并对大鼠血流动力学的各个指标有较明显的改善作用。本实验试通过观察本制剂对B型单胺氧化酶(MAO-B)活性的影响,进一步探讨其中枢性抗衰作用机制。实验材料一、药物:“回春仙”制剂由何首乌、黄芪、当归、川芎等中药组成,药材购自哈尔滨市药材公司,分别提取有效成份,按一定比例组合成复方制剂。二、动物:一月与六月龄C_(57)BL/6J小鼠,雄性,由黑龙江省肿瘤医院动物室提供。实验方法将动物随机分成少龄对照、高龄对照,高龄给药及高龄阳性对照等四组。采用自由饮水
“Rejuvenation Immortals” is a traditional Chinese medicine compound preparation for prevention and treatment of senile common diseases that mainly consist of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases. This can significantly prolong the average life span of Drosophila, and it can significantly improve the hemodynamic indexes of rats. This experiment was to observe the effect of the preparation on the activity of type B monoamine oxidase (MAO-B) and further explore the mechanism of central anti-aging effect.
