农村小学如何适应农村生产发展的需要?这是农村小教工作者需要在思想上和实践上解决的重大课题。昆山县蓬朗中心小学面对党的十一届三中全会以来农村出现的大好形势,敏感地意识到,农村小学必须根据农村生产发展的需要改革教育教学。几年来,他们为了不断提高教育质量,为培养合格的农村建设者打下良好的思想基础和文化基础,自觉地坚持全面贯彻教育方针,面向全体学生,为学生的全面发展负责;根据当前和未来农村的发展,对教育教学的内容和方法以及课外活动的改革进行了有效的探索和实验;全面地改革学校管理工作,建立健全了各种岗位责任制;从实际出发,自力更生建设一支数量、质量符合要求的教职工队伍;加强了思想政治工作,形成了团结、立业、务实、创新的好校风。现在,这所地处偏僻的农村学校,已一跃为省内的先进单位,引起了各级教育行政领导和小教界同行们的注意。本刊重点介绍了蓬朗中心小学的领导和教师的教育观点、教育实践以及他们所取得的教改成果,我们觉得这对广大农村小学的教改有所启发,有所促进。即使对城市小学如何为四化服务,同样可得到借鉴。建议大家学一学蓬朗的精神,认真思考,共同探讨如何改革小学教育的问题。希望全省各级教育行政部门,要在调查研究的基础上,抓紧总结、推广这方面的典型,以带动本地区小学教育改革的深入发展。
How does rural primary school adapt to the needs of rural production development? This is a major issue that rural elementary education workers need to resolve in terms of ideology and practice. The Penglang Central Primary School in Kunshan County is facing the excellent situation in the countryside since the Third Plenary Session of the 11th Party Central Committee. The development of the education and teaching content and methods as well as the reform of extracurricular activities have been effectively explored and experimented; comprehensively reform the school management work, establish and improve a variety of post responsibility system; starting from reality, self-reliance to build a quantity, quality The qualified teaching staff has strengthened its ideological and political work and formed a good school spirit of solidarity, professionalism, pragmatism, and innovation. Now, this remote rural school has leapt to the advanced unit in the province, attracting the attention of educational executives at all levels and their counterparts in the small education sector. The journal focuses on the educational perspectives and educational practices of the leaders and teachers of the Penglang Central Elementary School and the results of the education reforms they have achieved. We feel that this has inspired and promoted education reforms in rural primary schools. Even if how to serve urban elementary schools for the four modernizations, the same can be learned.
