When I was still in elementary school, I had a dream as a writer. At that time, Teacher Wang, who taught Chinese, often told me the stories of Lenin, Mao Zedong and Li Dazhao and encouraged us to write poems and poems with the theme of revolutionary martyrs. At that time, I wrote a short poem titled “Flagman”, dedicated to Uncle Li Dabu. I did not expect Wang cast it into a Shanghai children’s magazine, was adopted, but also sent a three-dollar contributions. When I saw that my short poem was printed in type, I was extremely excited and my classmates envied me. At that time, I started the idea that when I grew up, I wanted to be a writer.
