燃煤氟污染是我国于70年代后期发现的一种危害居民健康的环境因素。近年来非骨相的研究表明,在骨相出现X线异常改变之前,体内生化及酶学等方面,早已处在代偿性改变或失代偿状态。本研究旨在通过燃煤型地氟病区现场流行病学调查,同步分析血液生化及酶学指标,将数据录入微机处理,建立非骨相差别分析模型,为从非骨相损害探讨燃煤氟污染早期患者血液生化及酶学指标的诊断意义,为本病的早期发现、早期诊断和早期治疗服务。
Coal-burning fluorine pollution is an environmental factor harmful to residents’ health discovered in China in the late 1970s.
