通过对间作蚕豆接种NM353、CCBAU01253、G254、QH258根瘤菌剂,由蚕豆/玉米间作产量、蚕豆根瘤菌结瘤数量和根瘤干重的对比调查,筛选出适宜宁夏中部扬黄灌区灰钙土区域蚕豆/玉米间作体系高效根瘤菌菌剂,结果表明:NM353是该区域蚕豆/玉米间作体系中高效根瘤菌菌剂,蚕豆接种NM353根瘤菌剂后能够有效促进蚕豆结瘤固氮,提升蚕豆、玉米产量。
Through inoculation of NM353, CCBAU01253, G254 and QH258 rhizobium agents into intercropping faba bean, we compared the yield of broad bean / maize intercropping and nodulation of rhizobia nodularis and nodule dry weight. / Maize intercropping system. The results showed that NM353 was an efficient rhizobia in the faba / maize intercropping system in this area. The inoculation of NM353 rhizobia into faba bean could effectively promote the nodulation and nitrogen fixation of faba bean and increase the yield of faba bean and maize.
