市工农教育办公室和市成人教育研究会农民教育研究会于1982年10月11日至15日联合召开了培训农民教育专职干部会议。到会的有各郊区、县工农教育办公室和农民科技学校的负责同志以及农民教育专职干部共250多人。此外,国家农牧渔业部教育司农民技术教育处,市农林办公室,市农机局的有关同志也参加了会议。会议包括两部分内容:一是听取、讨论市工农教育办公室拟定的有关报告、文件;二是宣读和讨论农民教育的研究论文。会上,市工农教育办公室副主任安汝云同志做了《关于郊区农民教育工作意见》的报告。报告肯定了一年来在党和政府的领导下,经过各级教育、科技、农业、共青团等有关部门共同努力,农民教育工作有了进一步的恢复和发展。去冬今春以来,有613个单位坚持办了各种形式的农民学校,入学人数达14万。同时指出了当前存在的主要问题:各级领导干部 City Office of Workers and Peasants Education and City Adult Education Research Institute of Farmers Education jointly held from October 11 to October 15, 1982, a joint training of peasant education cadres meeting. The report affirmed that over the past year, under the leadership of the party and the government, efforts have been made by relevant departments at all levels of education, science and technology, agriculture and the Communist Youth League to further restore and develop the peasants’ education. Since the winter and spring this year, 613 units have insisted on running various forms of peasant schools with a total enrollment of 140,000.
