本研究根据国有企业思想政治工作的经验,对国有企业思想政治工作的具体现状和企业文化的一般理解展开了研讨,探寻了二者之间结合的必要性,论证了二者之间融合的可行性,提供了结构层次、作用功能方面的融合研讨,并且对于而中间融合的领域进行了论证,希望为国有企业思想政治工作找到目标和依据,为企业文化建设寻找起点和方向,再更好地综合二者优势的同时,以互相促进的方式达到对国有企业各项工作的加速和推进作用。
