利多卡因作为临床抗心律失常药及局部麻醉药已广为人知，近年来由于对其药理作用的深入研究，使其在临床许多学科中的应用有了新进展。现综述如下，以资参考。1在脑保护中的应用实验研究表明［1］，利多卡因对脑脊液中游离氨基酸（FAA）有稳定作用，从而说明其对脑有保护作用。
