比旋光度是旋光物质重要的物理常数之一,经常用它来表示旋光化合物的旋光性。旋光仪是测定物质旋光度的仪器。通过对样品旋光度的测定,可以分析确定物质的浓度、含量及纯度等。介绍了旋光仪测定牛奶中乳糖的方法,通过本实验学生不仅能掌握样品前处理方法,还能更好地理解和掌握旋光仪的工作原理、操作方法及其定量分析方法;同时在实验教学中,每人一份样品,提高了学生的学习兴趣,增强了其动手能力;此外该实验还特别培养了学生对仪器的维护与保养意识。
