米非司酮与口服米索前列醇联合用药于早期人工流产:米索前列醇的两种剂量给药及其对血压影响之间的比较

所有受试妇女均为停经56天之内经 B 超检查证实为妊娠且要求终止者,共150例。受试者第1天口服米非司酮200mg 后让其回家,36~48小时之后随机分为两组。A 组为单次给予米索前列醇800μg,B 组给予米索前列醇400μg,无论是否流产间隔2小时后再给1次。每小时观察血压、脉搏和体温,给前列腺素后8小时未流产者回家,14天后再复诊,如有宫内妊娠则手术排空子宫。自己评估胃肠道副反应从无到很重分为0~4分。 All the women tested were 150 cases who had been confirmed by B-ultrasound within 56 days after menopause and asked to terminate.
