目的利用热线有效地进行献血宣传,做好献血咨询服务工作。方法通过分析献血者咨询项目的比例,了解民众对无偿献血的关注点,有针对性地进行献血咨询及宣传工作。结果与2010年相比,2011年咨询的问题中献血招募及关爱活动达到15 581个电话,采供血行业热点事件4 702个电话,关注度增高。结论献血者及咨询者对献血知识、献血后血液检测结果、用血费用报销,尤其是献血招募及关爱活动、采供血行业热点事件等较为关注。可从这些方面妥善解释引导,完善献血咨询工作。
Purpose To use the hotline to effectively promote blood donation, blood donation advisory services. Methods By analyzing the proportion of blood donors counseling projects, to understand the people’s concerns about blood donation, targeted blood donation counseling and advocacy work. Results Compared with 2010, there were 15 581 calls for blood donation and care activities in the consultation question in 2011, and 4 702 calls of blood supply and blood supply hot spots, raising the awareness. Conclusion Blood donors and consultants are more concerned about blood donation knowledge, blood test results after blood donation, blood reimbursement, especially blood donation recruitment and care activities, blood collection and blood supply hot issues. From these aspects properly explain the guidance, improve the blood donation counseling.
