目的:优选复方补骨脂颗粒的提取工艺。方法:采用L9(34)正交试验筛选提取工艺。以加水量、浸泡时间、提取时间作为考察因素,以挥发油收率为考察指标,优选核桃仁、砂仁、薏苡仁中的挥发油提取工艺。以醇体积分数、醇用量、提取时间和提取次数为考察因素,以补骨脂素的含量为考察指标筛选补骨脂、知母、黄柏、怀牛膝及延胡索乙醇提取工艺。结果:最佳挥发油提取条件为加10倍量水,浸泡1h,提取8h;最佳醇提取工艺条件为A3B3C3D2,即加8倍药材量,80%乙醇,回流提取2次,每次2h。结论:经正交设计优化的复方补骨脂颗粒的制备工艺可行。
Objective: To optimize the extraction process of compound psoralen particles. Methods: The L9 (34) orthogonal test was used to screen the extraction process. With the amount of water, soaking time, extraction time as a factor to investigate the yield of volatile oil as the index, the preferred Walnut, Amomum villosum, Coix Seed extract of volatile oil. The volume fraction of alcohol, the amount of alcohol, the extraction time and the number of extraction were taken as the investigation factors, and the psoralen content was selected as the index to screen the extraction technology of psoralen, Anemarrhena, cortex phellodendri, Achyranthes bidentata and corymboseglum. Results: The optimal extraction conditions of volatile oil were 10 times the amount of water, soaked for 1h and extracted for 8h. The optimum conditions of alcohol extraction were A3B3C3D2, 8 times of crude drug, 80% of ethanol and 2 times of reflux extraction for 2 hours. Conclusion: The preparation of compound psoralen particles optimized by orthogonal design is feasible.
