炼钢车间有一台5t和两台30t电炉,每台电炉有三个电极升降液压缸。使用20多年来,在结构和性能上已显得越来越不尽人意,工作效率不高,可靠性差。为了适应炼钢过程所要求的绝对可靠性、高自动化程度,结合液压站的大修和改造,把原来的20号机械油改为MDT乳化液介质,原来的分式液压滑阀改为集成块液压控制阀,对液压终端的执行机构即液压缸也进行了结构改造设计,使之能与相应的液压介质相适应,并改变了不合理的结构与受力状况。
