为解决间充质干细胞定向分化和支架材料相容生长的问题,将透明质酸(HA)依次接枝甲基丙烯酸(MAA)、磺化和与金属蛋白酶(MMP)多肽交联,制备了MMP多肽交联磺化接枝甲基丙烯酸HA的水凝胶(MS-MeHA,1),其结构经1H NMR,FT-IR,SEM和DMA表征.并研究了1的细胞毒性和蛋白携载性能.结果表明:1具有薄壁多孔结构;1对蛋白吸附与携载能力明显优于未磺化的MMP多肽交联接枝甲基丙烯酸HA的水凝胶(MMeHA).1在振荡负荷下的储能模量降低约54%.“,”In order to solve the problem of directional differentiation of mesenchymal stem cells and the compatible growth with scaffold materials.Metalloprotease peptide(MMP)cross-linked sulfonated methacrylic acid grafted HA hydrogel(MSMeHA,1)was prepared by grafting with methacrylic acid, sulfonating and metalloprotease peptide cross-linking with MMP.The structure was characterized by 1 H NMR,FT-IR,SEM and DMA.The cytotoxicity and protein-carrying property were investigated as well.The results showed that 1 had porous structure,and its protein adsorption and carrying capacity was superior to MMeHA hydrogel.The storage modulus of 1 under shock load decreased about 54%.
