基体钢5Cr4Mo3SiMnVAl(代号012Al)是一种综合性能好的新型模具钢。本文主要分析其热处理工艺、组织和性能,制定冷镦模具合理的热处理规范。批量生产实践证明,经1120℃淬火、560℃回火的012Al钢六角压角下冲,平均寿命为60Si2钢制的五倍以上,获得明显经济效益。根据冷镦模具结构特点和服役条件的不同。012Al钢模具进行气体软氮化、固体渗硼等表面化学强化处理,更能提高模具的使用寿命。
