本文以淮安市现代有轨电车工程为例,研究针对槽型钢轨所采用的铝热焊接技术。通过试验,测试槽型钢轨铝热焊接头静弯强度、疲劳性能、硬度、金相组织等指标均能满足设计要求。实践证明,槽型钢轨铝热焊接技术应用于淮安市现代有轨电车轨道焊接,施工速度快,焊接接头质量可靠。
This paper takes Huai’an modern streetcar project as an example to study the aluminum heat welding technology which is applied to the grooved rail. Passing the test, the static bending strength, fatigue property, hardness, microstructure and other indexes of the aluminum welded joints of the grooved rail can all meet the design requirements. Practice has proved that the grooved rail aluminum heat welding technology used in Huai’an modern tram rail welding, construction speed, quality welded joints.
