目的 研究正常人和晚期原发性开角型青光眼 (primaryopenangleglaucoma ,POAG)患者小梁网M3 受体的表达 ,探讨POAG患者小梁网的病理生理改变。方法 取 5例正常人及 10例晚期POAG患者小梁网组织标本 ,应用免疫组化方法检测小梁细胞M3 受体 ,并利用计算机图像分析系统对检测结果进行分析。结果 5例正常人的小梁网组织标本有M3 受体表达 ,阳性细胞主要分布在葡萄膜小梁网处 ,前至Schwalbe线 ,后达巩膜突。晚期POAG患者小梁网组织标本中 ,小梁细胞数量明显减少 ,M3 受体阳性细胞亦相应减少且散在分布 ,部分标本甚至无阳性M3 受体表达。结论 正常人小梁网细胞M3 受体表达阳性 ,晚期POAG患者小梁网M3 受体阳性细胞数量明显减少且分布不规则。
Objective To study the expression of M3 receptor in trabecular meshwork in patients with primary open nangular glaucoma (POAG) and normal subjects, and to explore the pathophysiological changes of trabecular meshwork in patients with POAG. Methods Tissue specimens from 5 normal subjects and 10 patients with POAG were collected. The expression of M3 receptor in trabecular meshwork cells was detected by immunohistochemistry and the results were analyzed by computer image analysis system. Results The expression of M3 receptor was detected in 5 normal human trabecular meshwork cells. The positive cells mainly distributed in the trabecular meshwork of the uvea, and reached the Schwalbe line before reaching the sclera. In the late-stage POAG patients, the number of trabecular meshwork cells was significantly reduced, the number of M3 receptor-positive cells was also reduced and scattered, and some of the samples did not even express M3 receptor. Conclusion The expression of M3 receptor in normal human trabecular meshwork cells is positive. The number of M3 receptor positive cells in trabecular meshwork in POAG patients is significantly decreased and irregularly distributed.
