近年来,中国汽车市场发展增速,在欧美国家盛行的汽车销售模式4S店迅速发展到中国,为汽车销售服务市场注入了活力。随着4S店的发展,很多投资的商家在4S店的经营管理上遇到问题,抑制了4s店的更进一步发展。本文就我国4S店的经营模式的现状,总结出4S经营管理上存在的主要问题,并真对这些问题提出了一些建议。希望能为国内汽车4S企业摆脱目前的困惑及推动汽车产业的发展提供一些借鉴和参考。
In recent years, the growth of China’s automobile market has accelerated, and the 4S model of automobile sales, which prevailed in Europe and the United States, has rapidly developed into China and infused vitality into the automobile sales and service market. With the development of 4S shop, many investment businesses encounter problems in the operation and management of 4S shop, restrain 4s shop further development. This paper summarizes the main problems existing in 4S operation and management of 4S shop in our country and puts forward some suggestions on these issues. Hope for the domestic automobile 4S enterprises to get rid of the current puzzles and promote the development of the automotive industry to provide some reference and reference.
