近30年来大量的研究发现,Hedgehog信号通路不仅参与体内各种细胞的生存、增殖和分化等过程,在正常胚胎发育和器官形成中具有重要作用,同时,该通路的异常活化与多种肿瘤的形成与演进密切相关。针对Hedgehog信号通路的抗肿瘤研究已经成为一个热门的研究方向,将有可能发展出新的治疗手段。本文就此通路与肿瘤的关系及其在软骨肿瘤中的研究成果进行综述。
A large number of studies over the past 30 years found that the Hedgehog signaling pathway not only involved in the process of various cell survival, proliferation and differentiation in vivo, but also plays an important role in normal embryonic development and organ formation. Meanwhile, abnormal activation of this pathway is associated with multiple tumor Formation and evolution are closely related. Anti-tumor research targeting the Hedgehog signaling pathway has become a hot research topic and it will be possible to develop new treatments. This article reviews the relationship between this pathway and tumor and its research results in cartilage tumors.
